Dear Ms. Chen:

By conversation dated August 3, 2023 [1], the NRC Staff requested clarification on some of the Holtec responses to RAI 3-10 to continue their review of the HI-STORM FW Amendment 7. The meeting minutes summarize some discussion between Holtec and the NRC before the call as well as two action items to be completed by Holtec in the weeks following the call. Completion of those two action items is documented in Attachment 1. Attachment 2 contains a proprietary supporting document.

Since some attachments to this letter contain Holtec proprietary information, an affidavit requesting this information be withheld in accordance with 10CFR2.390 is included as Attachment 3.
