By letter dated November 5, 2024 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System

[ADAMS] Accession No. ML24310A095), as supplemented on February 20, 2025 (ML25051A272, non-public), and March 4, 2025 (ML25063A118, non-public), TN Americas, LLC (TN) submitted an application for Certificate of Compliance No. 1004, Amendment No. 19, to the Standardized NUHOMS System, pursuant to the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 72.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff performed an acceptance review of TNs application to determine if the application contains sufficient technical information in scope and depth to allow the staff to complete the detailed technical review. This letter is to advise you that, based on our acceptance review, the application does contain sufficient technical information. Based on our preliminary evaluation, our technical review schedule includes the issuance, if needed, of a request for additional information (RAI) by June 12, 2025, and, provided that we receive your responses to the RAIs within 45 days after its issuance, we anticipate issuing the User Need Memo to Rulemaking by November 2025. The NRC staff estimates that completing the review of your submittal will require approximately 1,250 staff hours. We will promptly communicate significant schedule changes, if any.

In accordance with 10 CFR Part 2, Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records component of the NRCs ADAMS. ADAMS is accessible from the NRC website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html. The PDR is open by appointment.
