Notification of NRC acceptance of the Standardized Advanced NUHOMS CoC 1029 renewal application for review Greetings Doug, By letter dated May 22, 2019, and supplemented December 4, 2019, TN Americas LLC submitted an application for renewal of the Certificate of Compliance No. 1029 for the Standardized Advanced NUHOMS Horizontal Modular Storage System for Irradiated Nuclear Fuel. The NRC staff has completed its acceptance review of the application to determine if it contains sufficient information to allow the staff to complete the detailed technical review. This e-mail acknowledges acceptance of your application for a detailed technical review. I will follow-up with an acceptance letter that provides the NRC staffs planned schedule for review of the application.
