HI-STORM FW Amendment 4 Second Supplement to 2nd Round RAis

Based on discussions with NRC staff [Ref.], it was determined that additional information is required for NRC staff to complete technical review of HI-STORM FW Amendment 4 licensing request. Holtec herewith submits the updated proposed HI-STORM FW Amd. 4 CoC (Attachment 1) and the proposed changes for HI-STORM FW FSAR Rev. 5H (Attachment 2).
