Enclosure 9 to E-52372 Additional Changes Not Associated with the RSIs Page 1 of 2 Change 1 Regarding UFSAR Table 2-4:

• Full descriptions for two WE 17x17 fuel assembly designs (ENRESA ASCO 17x17 and AM1000 17x17) were inadvertently omitted and have been added.

Change 2 The change described below should have been made in Updated Final Safety Analysis (UFSAR) Chapter 6 in the initial Amendment 1 application, consistent with other changes made to Chapter 6, and also in Chapter 2. This change is unrelated to the request for supplemental information (RSI) Items.

The following paragraph was introduced on UFSAR Page 6-3 in the initial Amendment 1 application.

[ ] The new paragraph was intended to replace the UFSAR Page 6-3 paragraph shown below, but that paragraph was inadvertently left showing in the initial Amendment 1 application.

Accordingly, the paragraph has been deleted on UFSAR Page 6-3 in the submittal provided

herein. [ ] Change 3 Regarding UFSAR Table 7-44:

• The column labels for the configuration and numerical results were inadvertently left out and have been added.

• The upper subcritical limit (USL) has been added for the EOS-37PTH and EOS 89BTH results to facilitate use of the table.

• The k eff result entry for the EOS-37PTH "Normal Loading and Unloading Conditions (Optimum Moderator Density) for damaged and failed fuels balanced with intact fuels" was found to be in error and has been corrected.

• To be consistent with the definitions for INTACT FUEL, DAMAGED FUEL, and FAILED FUEL, the word "ASSEMBLY" is deleted from the notes of this table.
