Enclosed are the proprietary and non-proprietary versions of Westinghouses Responses to the NRCs Request for Supplemental information (RSIs) and Observations (OBSs), in response to Reference 1.

Note that all RSIs and OBSs are responded to in the enclosures, with the exception of OBS 3-3.

Response to this observation will be provided separately.

For several of the observations and request for supplemental information responses, Westinghouse has provided supporting documentation for NRC review in the dedicated electronic Reading Room for SENTRYTM dry storage system. A dedicated folder has been created in the electronic Reading Room for each applicable observation and request for supplemental information; supporting documentation applicable to each observation and request for supplemental information is available in their respective dedicated folders.

This submittal contains proprietary information of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC (Westinghouse).

In conformance with the requirements of 10 CFR Section 2.390, as amended, of the Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (Commissions) regulations, we are enclosing with this submittal an Affidavit. The Affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information identified as proprietary may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission.
