Enclosure 4 to E-52372 List of New CoC 1042 Amendment 1 Technical Specifications Changes and Justifications Page 1 of 1 Changed Technical Specifications (TS) Area Justification Table of Contents, List of Tables, and List of Figures Updated 1.1 As described in the responses to both RSIs, the definition for FAILED FUEL has been revised to add the requirement for a failed fuel canister (FFC).

2.1 As described in the response to Criticality/Shielding RSI 1, TS 2.1 for fuel to be stored in the EOS-37PTH DSC is changed to add a line for FAILED FUEL Maximum Uranium Loading, with reference to TS Table 2.Table 2 As described in the response to Criticality/Shielding RSI 1, Table 2 is added to provide the maximum uranium loadings per FFC for failed PWR fuel.

Figure 1H As described in Enclosure 3 Change 4, Figure 1H is changed to delete the word "ASSEMBLY" from the notes of this table.
