Letter from Jeffery D. Isakson (ISP) to NRC Document Control Desk, Submittal of License Application Revision 2 and Request to Restart Review of Application for Approval of the WCS CISF, Docket 72-1050, dated June 8, 2018 (E-51587)

On June 8, 2018, Interim Storage Partners LLC (ISP) submitted Reference 1 requesting that the NRC resume all safety and environmental review activities associated with the License Application that would permit ISP to construct and operate the WCS CISF associated with Docket No. 72-1050. In the Reference 1 letter, ISP committed to submit Revision 2 of the Physical Security Plan, Guard Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, under separate cover, due to the sensitive nature of the information contained in these documents. Accordingly, ISP hereby submits the subject documents as part of its revised license application as specified in 10 CFR 72.24(0),

72.180 and 72.184, respectively.

These documents are marked as Safeguards Information and must be withheld from unauthorized disclosure pursuant to 1 O CFR 73.22.

ISP requests that a copy of all correspondence regarding this matter be directly mailed to Mr. Jack Boshoven, Chief Engineer CISF Licensing and Engineering, at 7135 Minstrel Way, Suite 300, Columbia, MD 21045.
