Isakson to Director, Division of Fuel Management (NRC), Submission of ISP Responses for RAIs and Associated Document Markups from First Request For Additional Information, Part 3, Docket 72-1050 CAC/EPID 001028/L-2017-NEW-0002, E-55363, dated November 21, 2019 Interim Storage Partners LLC (ISP) hereby submits supplemental information in support of our partial response to the First Request for Additional Information (RAI), Part 3, issued April 23, 2019 (Reference [1]) provided in Reference [2], to support the continued review of the WCS CISF License Application. Contained in this submittal are copies of two references in the Environmental Report (ER) that may not be readily available, clarifications associated with RAI response AQ-6, a non-proprietary version of -6 to the ER, and Revision 5 of the Socioeconomic Report included as Attachment A to the ER, with change bars indicating changes between Revision 4 and Revision 5 of the Socioeconomic Report.

Document Control Desk E-55737 Page 2 of 3 contains a copy of BME. (2019) (Biggs & Mathews Environmental). Sprint Andrews County Disposal Facility, Andrews County, Texas-Railroad Commission of Texas Commercial Processing and Disposal Facility Permit Application. Published May 2019. Enclosure 2 contains a copy of Nelson Acoustics. (2019). Noise Assessment for ISP CISF, Austin, TX. Enclosures 1 and 2 have been provided because they are references in the ER that may not be readily available in the public domain. provides two clarifications regarding information contained in the response to RAI AQ-6. Enclosure 4 is a non-proprietary version of Attachment 3-6 to the ER, and is a copy of Revision 5 of the Socioeconomic Report, which is Attachment A to the ER.

Finally, within the next two weeks, ISP plans to issue Revision 3 of the ER, which will include all of the changes submitted in response to the RAls and the update to Attachment A (Socioeconomic report Revision 5) provided in this submittal,.
