Dear Mr. Layton:

This submittal provides responses to the Request for Supplemental Information (RSI) forwarded by the letter referenced above. herein provides responses to the RSI items and nearly all Observation (OBS) items. Each RSI and OBS response has an impact section that describes any changes made to the Rancho Seco ISFSI License Renewal A pplication (LRA) as a result of the RSI or OBS. En closure 3 provides a proprietary ve rsion of the entire LRA, updated to Revision 1. Enclosure 4 provides a public version of the entire Revision 1 LRA. Enclosures 5 through 9 provide proprietary calcu lations that are requested by RS Is 2, 3, and 4. Changes in the Revision 1 LRA are tracked and indicated by revi sion bars. All changes are based on the RSI and OBS responses.
