you submitted an application to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for the amendment of the HI-STORM Flood/Wind Multi-Purpose Canister Cask Storage System certificate of compliance.

On June 26, 2025, the NRC staff issued the first batch of requests for additional information (RAI) (ML25157A134). The enclosures to this letter contain the second batch of requests for the structural and operations reviews. Your response to the RAI is requested within 30 days of the date of this letter. If you are unable to meet this deadline, please notify us in writing, within 2 weeks of receipt of this letter, of your new submittal date and the reasons for the delay.

In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 2, Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records component of the NRCs ADAMS. ADAMS is accessible from the NRC website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html. The PDR is open by appointment.
