Dear Mr. Nguyen:

In Reference [1], the NRC staff sent Requests for Supplemental Information (RSIs) to support acceptance review of Amendment 10 for the HI-STORM FW Certificate of Compliance No. 1032.

Holtec has reviewed these RSI and determined for the majority, responses can be provided to the staff on September 16, 2024. For the question labeled Structural RSI 3-1, the request involves replacing the acceptance criteria used in the development of Amd 10 with different acceptance criteria from a different HI-STORM FW Amendment. This work will take some time to complete, and Holtec expects to submit this response by the end of February 2025.
