ADAMS Accession No. ML23324A095 Holtec separated the proposed reorganization of the HI-STORM 100 CoC changes submitted as part of LAR-16 into a new LAR-19 on February 17, 2022 [l]. Subsequent RSI responses were submitted on March 10, 2023 [2]. By letter dated December 6, 2023 [3], NRC staff documented requests for additional information (RAls). Holtec understands that this information is necessary to continue review of Amendment 19.

Hallee herewith withdraws the HI-STORM 100 Amendment 19 LAR. Holtec thanks the NRC for their review efforts concerning this LAR. However, at this time, Amendment 19 does not constitute Document ID 5014975 Page I of2
