As the NRC staff reviews the license renewal application, the staff will refer to the current FSAR as the current design bases for the site. Therefore, please submit the current operating FSAR for the site (CSAR Revision 15, dated and implemented on February 23, 2021) on the docket. Hi Kris,

Yes, Rev 15 dated Feb 23.2021 is the current operating FSAR for the site. There are no subsequent revisions in effect. As mentioned in the response, what we sent in June was a preview to Rev 15, but not the final. So, the June submittal did not include the steel expansion gate at that time, and was added for the formal implemented revision in February of this year.

Good morning Scott,

The NRC staff is currently reviewing GEHs 2/26/2021 response to the request for supplemental information (RSI) regarding the GEH-Morris license renewal application (ADAMS Accession No. ML21057A119). We are requesting one clarification regarding the RSI response, as follows.

GEHs response to RSI-1 notes: Effective Feb 23, 2021, CSAR Revision 15 has been implemented. CSAR, Rev 15 revision summaries for each Section, as well as a 10 CFR 72.48 evaluation for changes are submitted as Attachment 6.

However, this change is not reflected in the CSAR Revision 15 that was provided with the license renewal application submittal in June 2020.

REQUEST: Could you please confirm that the CSAR Revision 15 is the current operating FSAR for the site and there is no subsequent revision in effect?
