L-2017-LLA-0017 AND L-2018-LLA-0202)

Dear Ms. Manzione:

By email dated April 17, 20191, Holtec International notified the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff that there is a typographical error in Table 3-1 to Appendix A2, Technical Specifications for the HI-STORM 100 Cask System, for Amendments No. 12 and

13. Specifically, Holtec International requested that the unit value for all moderate burnup fuel in row 2 of Table 3-1 be corrected from the incorrect unit value of > to the correct unit value of Upon further review, the NRC staff recognized that when the NRC approved Holtec Internationals proposed changes to Table 3-1 in Appendix A of Certificate of Compliance No. 1014, Amendment No. 12, the table was not correctly revised with all the intended changes.

This error was carried forward to Amendment No. 13.

The NRC processed a corrective amendment to change Table 3-1 in the technical specifications for the Amendments No. 123 and No. 134. A notice has been published on May 30, 2019, in the Federal Register (84 FR 24979) reflecting this action.
