By letter dated March 23, 2017, Portland General Electric (PGE) submitted an application for renewal of the Trojan site-specific Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation license, SNM-2509. By letter dated April 23, 2018, (ML18113A338) the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requested additional information to continue its review of the application. That letter requested the additional information be provided by October 31, 2018. Per our discussion, I have agreed to extend the response date to January 16, 2019.

This email documents that discussion. Inform us at your earliest convenience, but no later than December 31, 2018, if you are not able to provide the information by that date. To assist us in rescheduling your review, you should include a new proposed submittal date and the reasons for the delay.
