This is to acknowledge receipt of your application dated November 26, 2024, requesting termination of Materials License No. SNM-2512 for the Idaho Spent Fuel Facility. The application is publicly available in the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRCs)

Based on our preliminary evaluation and projection of current review schedules, we anticipate completing our review in April 2025. Additional time may be needed if the NRC staffs review of your submittal identifies issues that require you to provide additional information.
