L-2017-LNE-0009 AND L-2017-RNW-0011) - CORRECTION

Dear Mr. Nicholson:

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued a correction to the renewed License No. SNM-2509 and the Technical Specifications (Appendix A) for the Trojan Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (Trojan ISFSI). By letter dated March 23, 2017 (ML17086A039), as supplemented January 23, 2019 (ML19028A411), February 21, 2019, (ML19057A148), and June 10, 2019, (ML19164A182) Portland General Electric (PGE), on behalf of itself and Eugene Water and Electric Board and PacifiCorp, submitted an application to the NRC for renewal of License No. SNM-2509 for the Trojan ISFSI. The renewed License No.

SNM-2509 expires on March 31, 2059.

The correction to the license now indicates the license is renewed under Amendment No. 6, and not Amendment No. 7. The Technical Specifications are corrected to remove obsolete pages that were inadvertently left in. These corrections were discussed with your staff prior to reissuance.
