Dear Mr. Bird:
Thank you for your letter, BECO 88-050 dated March 15, 1988, in response to our subject concern relating to Westinghouse circuit breakers.
Since the Pilgrim Plant neither uses the Westinghouse circuit breakers delineated in NPC Rulletin 88-01, nor plans to use them in safety-related applications, we consider this matter closed. Therefore, this completes our effort related to the generic aspects, TAC numbers 65955 and 65956, and we will close the plant specific TAC number 67706.
