Indemnity Agreement No. B-48 Amendment No.11 Dear Sir; 1 Please find enclosed one original of Amendment No.11 of Indemnity Agreement No. B-48 signed by Boston Edison Company and Entergy Nuclear Generation Company. The amendment was issued as part of License Amendment No.181, dated July 13,1999. The license amendment resulted from the sale and transfer of ownership of Pilgrim Station from the Boston Edison Company to Entergy Nuclear Generation Company (Entergy Nuclear). i Three originals of the indemnity agreement were provided in License Amendment 181.
