This submittal also requests minor administrative changes to License Amendrnent No.182 and its associated safety evaluation report (SER), dated July 15,1999, to reflect the July 13,1999, transfer.

Backaround By letter dated July 13,1999, the NRC issued Amendment 181 to Facility Operating license No. DPR-35 for the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station. Amendment No.181 reflected the transfer of the license from Boston Edison Company to Entergy Nuclear Generation Company.

Enarossment of Pendina BECo Correspondence

'O A number of issues and requests associated with Operating License No. DPR-35 were pending with j the NRC at the time of the license transfer. Entergy Nuclear Generation Corporation herein engrosses such issues and requests made by Boston Edison Company for Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station prior to the license transfer. Further, ENGC requests that currently pending activities and correspondence concerning Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station reflect the license transfer.

Correction Reauest License Amendment No.182 was issued by NRC letter dated July 15,1999. That letter's attachment 1 authority page and the attachment 2 safety evaluation heading referenced Boston Edison Company.

Pilgrim -requests - these Amendment No.182 pages be . expeditiously corrected and reissued i referencing Entergy Nuclear Generation Corporation as the licensee to reflect the license transfer that occurred prior to issuing Amendment 182.
