l The subject NRC Bulletin (received February 8, 1988) i required that Licensees who do not have Westinghouse DS series l

breakers in Class lE applications notify the NRC of this fact in i

writing within 60 days from receipt of the Bulletin.

Philadelphia Electric Company has determined that Westinghouse DS series circuit breakers are not used at Peach Bottom or Limericks r

therefore, the other provisions of the Bulletin do not apply to Peach Bottom or Limerick.
