Dear Sir.
Please find enclosed a copy of the Pilgrim Station organization structure. The enclosure reflects changes in the upper management level structure at Pilgrim Station. The changes were effective September 1,1999, in the management structure preceeding that depicted in the enclosure, the Pilgrim Station organizations were headed by the Vice President / Station Director (VP/SD) who reported to the Vice President - Operations for Pilgrim. As depicted in the enclosure, some Pilgrim Station organization heads and staff in addition to the VP/SD now report directly to the Vice President
- Operations for Pilgrim.
Although not depicted on the enclosure, the Onsite Review Committee and continues to report to the Station Director, and the Nuclear Safety Review and Audit Committee now reports directly to the Vice President - Operations for Pilgrim. The Vice i
President - Operations for Pilgrim continues to report directly to the President and CEO of Entergy Nuclear Generation Company.
This letter is submitted in accordance with Reference 2.
In Reference 2, Entergy Nuclear stated that it would inform the NRC in writing of any changes to the Pilgrim Station organization, as described in Reference 1 (response to questions 6 and 7), for a one year period following the transition of ownership. The change in Pilgrim Station ownership occurred f
on July 13,1999. The above noted changes are considered to meet the statement made in Reference 2.
