The enclosed summary report provides the results of inservice inspection conducted at Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station on-line and the refueling outage (RFO 12). The data and reports are available at Pilgrim Station.
The scope of RFO 12 is described in reference 1 and has been modified by reference 2 and reference 3.
This submittal fulfills the requirements of ASME Section XI 1989 Edition, Paragraph IWA-6230 and is in compliance with 10CFR50.55a(g)(5).
