Dear Mr. Williams:

SUBJECT:

FIRE PROTECTION EXEMPTIONS FOR FORT ST. VRAIN We are responding to your letter dated April 28, 1986, regarding an exemption from fire protection requirements pursuant to 10 CFR 50.12. Therefore, no further information need be submitted at this time.

Your request for schedular relief from the requirements of 10 CFR 50.48 cannot be acted upon. The Section 50.48 schedule for Fort St. Vrain has expired and therefore cannot be extended by exemption.
