ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT N0. 89 TO THE FORT ST. VRAIN NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION (TAC NO. LO5415)
The U. S. Naclear Regulatory Commission has issued Arendment No. 89 (see l ) to Possession-Only License No. DPR-34, for the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station. The amendment designates all the elements of the approved Decommissioning Plan as the License Termination Plan. The supporting Safety Evaluation can be found in Enclosure 2.
l The change is administrative in nature and redesignates the approved t
Decommissioning Plan, the approved " 4plement to Applicant's Environmental Report - Post-0perating License Stage - Decommissioning," and the approved Final Radiation Survey Plan, as the License Termination Plan.
The Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's next bi-weekly l
Federal Reaister notice.
