Dear Mr. Berkow:

This correspondence corrects a comment made under the STATUS line of the attachment to the referenced letter.

We inadvertently indicated that the modification regarding the Emergency Lighting (Item l'o. 4.4) would be installed by startup following 4th refueling.

We want to reassure the Commission that this modification will be completed, as discussed in the SER forwarded to us dated August 26, 1986, within 12 months following NRC approval of the PSC proposal.
