Dear Mr. Johnson:
This documents a
telephone conversation between PSC and Mr. R. E. Ireland of your staff on July 15, 1985.
As discussed in that conversation, PSC will complete Modification Item 4.2 described in Reference 1, Penetration Seal:,. by July 17, 1985 instead of July 15, 1985 as originally committed. At this time all penetration seals have been installed except one. The revised completion date allows for installation of the final penetration seal, surveillance testing, and final sign offs.
