by NRC Operating-License DPR-34 for the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating

The : area examined during the-inspection was the fire protection / prevention

program. Within this area,.the-inspection consisted of selective examination

of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and

observations lby the inspector. The inspection findings are documented in the

' enclosed inspection report.

. During this inspection,_ it was found that certain of your activities were in

violation of-NRC requirements. However, in accordance with Section V.G. of the

NRC's Enfor' cement Policy, no citation is being issued for the violation

described in Paragraph ? of the enclosed inspection report.
