Dear Sirs:
This letter conveys Public Service Company of Colorado's response to
Mr. L. J. Callan's letter of May 9,1989, addressing the Notice of
Violation imposed as the result of NRC Inspection Report Number
50-267/89-06.
Our response to this violation is enclosed as Enclosure 1 to this
'
letter. The material in Enclosure 1 contains Safeguards Information
as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized
individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of
1954, as amended.
Therefore, this material, with the exception of
this letter, should not be placed in the Public Documents Room.
