during the period June 1 through July 28, 1990, of activities authorized by

NRC Operating License DPR-34 for the Fort.St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station,

and to the discussion of our findings with you and otner members of your staff

at the conclusion of the inspection.

Areas examined during the inspection included followup of items of noncompliance,

j

onsite followup of a licensee event report, operational safety verification,

i

monthly maintenance observation, and monthly surveillance observation. Within-

these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examination of procedures

!

and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the

!

-inspector. The inspection. findings are documented in the enclosed inspection

report.

Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were identified,
