3 During the week of July 10,'1989,- NRC administered four Limited Senior Peactor Operator examinations to employees of your_ company who'had applied for licenses to supervise fuel manipulation at your.FSV facility. Prior to written examination administration, two members of yourLtraining staff signed

At the conclusion of the written examination,<the written examination and answer (key were provided to~your refueling operator training staff for review and comment. held with a plant staff representative to inform him of problems noted during

candidates passed the examinations,_and the appropriate license has been issued to each.
