l In References 1 and 2, Public Service Company of Colorado stated that the Fort St.

Vrain Decommissioning Program had been completed and that the reports provided at D

that time were complete tabulations of personnel receiving exposure in 1996 at Fort St.

Vrain.

This letter documents that there have been n , rsonnel receiving radiation exposure at

' Te6 Fort St. Vrain in 1997 or at any time subse(,. .i to the referenced letter. Also, PSCo has no plans nor need to resume a personnel dosimetry program at Fort St. Vrain, since the Final Radiation Survey Report (ReferenG: 3) demonstrates that the facility satisfies 1 the criteria for unrestricted release.

is supportive of PSCo's request to terminate Fort St. Vrain's 10 CFR Part 50 license. l

License terraination is expected to occur in the second quarter of 1997.
