Dear Ms. Chen:

By letter dated September 2, 2022 [1] the NRC staff sent Requests for Additional Information (Part 3) to support review of Amendment 7 for the HI-STORM FW Certificate of Compliance No.

1032. Holtecs responses to the NRC staff RAIs Part 3 are in the proprietary Attachment 1 to this letter. Changes to the FSAR as a result of the RAIs are included in Attachment 2.

Since Attachment 1 to this letter contains Holtec proprietary information, an affidavit requesting this information be withheld in accordance with 10CFR2.390 is included as Attachment 3.
