Dear Ms. Chen:

On a September 9 call [l], Holtec and the NRC discussed further clarifications and the meeting minutes described additional actions Holtec would take and information Holtec would submit. The meeting minutes for a subsequent "virtual audit" on October -4, 2023 (2) provided further description of the additional work Holtec planned to complete. This letter contains the additional clarifications/changes Holtec is submitting to the NRC for their review of Amendment 7.

The additional clarifications/changes being submitted are summarized in Attachment I. Changes to the FSAR resulting from the additional clarifications/changes are included in Attachments 2 and 3 for both proprietary and non-proprietary versions, respectively. All proposed changes in Attachments 2 and 3 based on the RAI responses are highlighted in blue to facilitate the NRC stafrs review. Attachments 4 through 7 contain proprietary supporting documents.
