This refers to the special inspection conducted by members of the resident and regional staffs on December 1, 1986, through January 8, 1987, of the events which occurred on November 28 and 29, 1986, regarding operation of Dresden Station Unit 2 in violation of NRC Operating License No. DPR-19 and to the discussions with members of your staff during and at the conclusion of the inspectio The enclosed copy of our inspection report identifies areas examined during the inspection.
