e Nov:mber 12,1998 U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Page 2 Emergency Operations Facility (CEOF). This letter provides the results of the drive-in drill conducted on October 7,1998, as well as the augmentation phone drill conducted on September 17,1998.

CEOF Drive-in Drill:

We activated the CEOF on October 7,1998, at 7:16 p.m. Facility staffing was obtained in 53 minutes from the simulated classification time. This is within the one hour staffing time commitment contained in the referenced letter. The drill was classified as Satisfactory. There are no planned corrective actions as a result of this drill.

Augmentation Phone Drill:

in addition to the drive-in drill, an augmentation phone drill was conducted on September 17,1998. The drill resulted in an estimated staffing time of less than 60 minutes. The drill was classified as Satisfactory. There are no planned corrective actions as a result of this drill.
