Dear Ms/ Johnson; This letter' acknowledges receipt of your letter dated Octobc, 2,1997, which transmitted 1 changes identified as Revision 56 to the Dresder: Nuclear Station Security Plan, submitted l under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).-

plan and after limited review of the changes, no NRC approval is required, in accordance with 4
h-110 CFR 50.54(p). Implementation of these changes will be subject to inspection to confirm that
'the changes have not decreased the cverall effectivmess of the plan.-
- The enclosure to your letter concems s' subject matter which is exempt from public disclosure in
- accordance with 'O CFR 73.21 and is therefore being withheld from public disclosure. In
