DRESDEN SITE VISIT.
Gentlemen:
Oh June 8,1988,lMr. HTJ. Miller of this office visited your Dresden Station for the purpose af attending the E0P team exit and tourtng the f acil cy.
Mr. Miller'has provided his observations from that tour to me in the form of the attached memo which I am forwarding on to you. Mr. Miller also discussed his observations with the. plant manager in a subsequent phone call.
I take particular note of his observations regarding oil and water / steam leaks and contractor control in that these appear to be areas where Dresden perfortnance could be improved.
I am also. aware, as Mr. Miller notes, that these issues were discussed in the monthly management meeting and oil and water leaks are tracked in Dresden's monthly status report.
I encourage you to continue to use these vehicles, as well as Mr. Miller's observations, to affect and monitor performance improvement at Dresden.
