' License' No. DPR-19 for Dresden Unit 2 and Amendment No.102 to Facility Operating.

' License No.- DPR-25 for Dresden Unit 3.
The' amendments are in response to your application dated December 21, 1988 as supplemented by your May 4,_1989
' submittal.
The amendments primarily revise the testing requirements for other systems or
. subsystems of the_ Emergency Core Cooling System (ECCS) or Standby Gas Treatment
' Systers.(SGTS) when one system or subsystem is inoperable.
In addition, operability requirements for several' ECCS systems or. subsystems were revised and some administrative changes were made.
A' copy of our related Safety Evaluation..is' also enclosed. The Notice of Issuance wili be included in the Commission's biweekly Federal Register, notices.
