This is in response to your letter, dated December 18, 1987, which submitted the scope and objectives for the Dresden Nuclear Power Station exercise scheduled for March 1,1988.
Based on December 17 discussions between Mr. G. O'Neill of your staff and Mr. T. Ploski and Ms. M. Smith of my staff, we find the proposed exercise objectives to be acceptable.
