Dear Mr. Kingsley:
This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated January 9,1998, in response to our letter dated
December 4,1997, transmitting a Notice of Violation associated with Dresden inspection Report
No. 50-010/97019(DRP); 50-237/97019(DRP); 50-249/97019(DRP) We have reviewed your
corrective actions and Lave no further questions at this time. These corrective actions will be
examined during future inspections.
In your response to violation 1.B, you stated that full compliance was achieved on October 5,
1997, when the procedures were revised to include the necessary information. However, as
stated in Section 03.1.b of Report 97019, not all annunciator procedures were changed as of
October 16,1997. Subsequently, your staff revised additional annunciator procedures, so no
additionalinformation is necessary. Also, we noted your response to unresolved item
No. 50-237/97019-04; 50-249/97019-04, review of analysis of concrete expansion anchors
seismic qualification and plan to discuss this with you further.

This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated January 9,1998, in response to our letter dated
December 4,1997, transmitting a Notice of Violation associated with inspection Report
No. 50-010/97019(DRP); 50-237/97019(DRP); 50-249/97019(DRP) We have reviewed your
corrective actions and have no further questions at this time. These corrective actions will be
examined during future inspections,
in your response to violation 1.B, you stated that full compliance was achieved on October 5,-
1997, when the procedures were revised to include the necessary information. However, as
stated in Section 03.1.b of Report 97019, not all annunciator procedures were changed as of
October 16,1997. Subsequently, your staff revised additional annunciator procedures, so no
additional informaticn is necessary Also, we noted your response to unresolved item -
