- 1. PURPOSE

The purpose of this procedure is to restore RPV water level to above i top of active fuel.

- 2. ENTRY CONDITIONS 2.1 This procedure is entered from E0P 570 "RPV Level Control" step 3.2 when RPV water level cannot be maintained above the top of the active fuel (TAF = -127),. or E0P 577 upon depressurization. l
- 3. OPERATOR ACTIONS While executing the following steps: !
E Boron injection is required.
THEN GO TO E0P 575 "RPV Level /Rx Pcwer Control" E RPV water level cannot be determined, RPV Flooding is required, THEN GO TO E0P 578 "RPV Floodir.g".
E RPV Flooding is required for other reasons, LHM GO TO E0P 578 "RPV Flooding".
3.1 Initiate Isolation Candenser 3.2 Line-up for injection and start pumps in two or more of the following normal injection subsystems:

3.5.1 IF RPV water level is > -127" THEN GO TO E0P 570 "RPV Level Control", step 3.3. l 3.5.2 IF RPV water level is < -127" AND Undensate/Feedwater is available, THEN GO TO E0P 570 "RPV Level Control", step 3.3. l 3.5.3 IF RPV water level is < -127" AND E ndensate/Feedwater is not available, THEN GO TO E0P 577 "Emergency RPV Depressurization".
