This procedure is entered from:

ES 1.3, TRANSFER TO RHR RECIRCULATION, Step 3 g, when charging pumps are not available.
2.
ES 1.3, TRANSFER TO RHR RECIRCULATION, Step 3 i, when RCS pressure is less than 1500 PSIG and RHR pump AMPS are less than 140 AMPS.

- b. Fully open CH FCV-110 and CH-FCV-110A I
(Place control select switch in neutral position and manually open both valves)
- c. Perform the following to iwlate the charging sueti' '. header:
- 1. Stop all RCPs.
- 2. Close all four seal water return MOVs
- 3. Close CH-TV-334 (Seal water retum trip valve).

- 6. Icm tainment pressure is greater than 5 PSIG, THEN perform the following:

- e. Check RHR pump discharge pressure -

Locally close CH V 286 and CH V-2868 (Charging flow control manual isolation valves).
2.
Close CH MOV 292B and CH MOV 292C.
3.
Locally reopen CH V 286 and CH V 286B.
