Check pressures in all SGs -

a. E a controlled cooldown is in ANY STABLE OR INCREASING
progress, THEN QDIQ Step 2.

IfNDI THEN the following applies:

11EN you should be in E 2, FAULTED STEAM GENERATOR ISOLATION.

o E main steamhnc. m isolated, THEN you should be in ECA 2.1, UNCONTROLLED DEPRESSURIZATION OF ALL STEAM GENERATORS.

2 CHECK SECONDARY INTREGITY l

a.

Check all SG pressures -

a. E any SG pressure is decreasing in STABLE OR INCREASING an uncontrolled manner AND the SG is NQIisolated, THEN QQIQ E 2, FAULTED SG ISOLATION, Step 1.

Check all SG pressures -

b. E any SG is completely depressurized l

GREATER THAN 100 PSIG AND the SG is NQIlsolated, 111EN QDIQ E 2, FAULTED SG ISOLATION, Step 1.
