1. Establish conditiens for starting

a. Close too Tc isolation valve,
b. Openloo ypass valve.
c. Stan oil pump,
d. Insure seal water and component cooling; water supplied to RCP.
e. Insure ,ower bearing temperature is less than 170' F.
f. Check RCS pressure greater than 300 PSIG.
g. Open CH TV 240, CH TV 241 and CH TV 334.

. h. Open CC TV 1411 (RCP oilcooler CCW rerum trip valve)

1. Open seal water return MOV.
2. Start selected RCP, THEN perform the following:
a. Oxn leo Tc imlation valve,
b. C ose 1 bypass valve.

b. CORE COOLING - Core exit thermocouples greater than 1200 F.
c. IIEAT SINK - Wide range level in all SGs less than 63%

(67% for adverse containment)

AER total feedwater flow less than 320 GPM.

d. INTEGRITY - Cold leg temperature decreases greater than 100* F in last 60 minutes Ab'R RCS cold leg temperature less than 231' F.
e. CONTAINMENT- Containment pressure greater than 40 PSIG.
3. SECONDARY INEGRITY CRrrERIA QQ IQ E 2, FAULTED STEAM GENERATOR ISOLATION, Step 1, unless SG is needed for RCS cooldown, IE either of the following conditions occur:

o Any SG is decreasing in an uncontrolled manner Ab32 has EQIbeen isolated.

2 o An SGiscompletelydepressurized has EQT been isolated.

4. AM SUPPLY MAKEUP CRTERION Start makeup to DWST before level decreases to 54,000 gallons.
