STEP' ACTION / EXPECTED RESPONSE RESPONSE NOY 097AINEO 4 A. PURPOSE This procedure provides actions to respond to a low pressurizer level.

B. EhTRY CONDITIONS This procedure was written for Modes 1, 2, 3 and 4 assuming RHR in not in service and SI has been terminated. Using this procedure when not in these modes requires a step by step evaluation to determine if the required action is still applicable to current plant conditions.

This procedure is entered from E0P 35 F-0.6, INVENTORY Critical Safety Function Status Tree on a YELLOW condition.

3 Check If Charging Flow Has Been Established

a. Charging pump - AT a. Perform the following LEAST ONE RUNNING 1) E RPCCW flow to RCP thermal barriers is '

lost., THEN isolate seal injection to affected RCP before starting charging Pump.

2) Start one charging Pump.
3) IF F seal injection was isolated, THEN restore seal injection to RCPs
