, on September 28, 1087 and was supplemented on June 6 and October 11, 1988. .

4 The purpose of the report is to demonstrate, per Generic letter 83-11, that  ;

, PECo has the technical expertise to perform transient systems analysis with j the RETRAN computer code for the Peach Bottom units. The NRC staf* m aided  :

i in its review of the topical report with technical assistance from its ,

i consultant International Technical Services. Inc. The staff has concluded '

I that PECo has demonstrated its knowledge of the RETRAN computer code and

nodels . The PECo report is the fourth in a series of six reports describing '

j the overall methodology for performing in-house licensing analyses for the l Peach Bottom units. The report does not by itself contain sufficient material .
