UNIT NO. 3 In order for the NRC staff to perform an independent verification of the safety limit analysis, provide the type and number of the fuel assemblies in the Cycle 13 core, identify any difference in the ccre loading pattern between Cycle 12 and Cycle 13 operation and if any difference is identified, describe its impact on the calculation of the safety limit minimum critical power ratio.
