Dear Mr. Rainey:

Enclosed is a letter from Rita A. Calvan, FEMA Region lli Regional Director, dated April 23,

.1999, transmitting the FEMA report for the subject exercise.

There was one Deficiency identified during the November 17,1998, plume exposure pathway exercise which was resolved on March 16,1999, during a remedial drill. Also, there were 27 l

Areas Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA) identified during the November 17,1999, exercise.

Please provide assistance to offsite officials as they address and resolve the identified items on i

a timely basis.
